Monteggia fracture dislocation is the term for the upper limb injury that involves fracture of the ulnar shaft and dislocation of the radial head.
Following anteroposterior xray belongs to 28 year old young adult who sustained this injury in a motor vehicle accident.
Fracture Ulna With Lateral Dislocation of Radial Head
The radial head is dislocated to lateral side and there is a comminution in fracture of ulnar shaft.

Fracture capitellum in left upper limb of a 34 years male was operated using Herbert Screws[Headless Screws]. Associated fracture of medial epicondyle was fixed with a cancellous screw.

This xray of elbow [lateral view] in the picture is of of 37 years male who had undergone radial head excision about 3 months ago. There appears slight amount of new bone formation.

34 years old male came to our OPD one and half year of surgery for intercondylar fracture of right humerus. His main complaint was stiffness of the elbow and pain.
On examination his elbow was fixed in 90 degrees of flexion contracture with only few degrees of movement permissible and movements were painful too. The incision scars were well healed and there was no draining sinus.
His previous record was examined and he had sustained an intercondylar fracture 18 months back and was operated for.

As evident on xray, the intercondylar fracture had been fixed with locking compression plate on lateral side and reconstruction plate on medial side and intercondylar fracture has been fixed with cancellous screws. 29 years old, active male had a motor vehicle trauma that resulted in Mason type IV fractures in right elbow.
Here is the xray after injury.

The xray shows a fracture of radial head with dislocation of elbow. Distal neurovascular bundle was unaffected. Closed reduction of the elbow was performed and a CT with 3D reconstruction was ordered.
