35 years old male with post polio residual paralysis got fracture in supracondylar region of femur. He was taken for surgery and fracture was fixed with dynamic condylar screw. Here is the xray after few weeks of surgery.

This xray is one of the injuries that a 25 years old young male had. He was received a s a case of polytrauma following motor vehicle accident and had traumatic brain injury, chest injury, pelvis fracture that led to visceral injury, fracture of left tibia and knee dislocation as shown. Distal pulses on the affected limb were absent.
