The pyramidal syndrome consists of all the symptoms which are caused by  partial or complete damage of the pyramidal tract and is suggested by


  • Spasticity
  • Progressively weak muscle
  • Wasted muscles
  • Increased deep tendon reflexes
  • Positive Babinski reflex
