Lytic lesion in upper end fibula in 39 years old male. The patient presented with pain in knee region.

After complete work up the swelling was found to be giant cell tumor of the fibula. No extension was noted in soft tissues. The swelling was removed with upper end fibula in toto and patient recovered uneventfully.
