Avascular necrosis of the femoral head is a condition in which there is interruption of blood supply to head of femur due to various causes [Trauma, idiopathic or drug induced]
Like previous post I could not find any associated history with this file but the xray shows characteristics of AVN bilaterally
Concentric reductions of joint space with increase in density of the head which is more on left side. [The left of the patient is on your right side as it happens when one stands face to face].
There are changes in the acetabular side also.
