38 year old man came to OPD with complaint of pain on walking since he suffered trauma about one month back. He reported no prior treatment for the same.
xray of the concerned foot revealed fractures of second and third metatarsal heads which appeared united but angulated.

The patient was explained about the problem and was advised to continue any refused any further treatment for the same.
Note: This much angulation in metatarsal head generally does not cause discomfort or issue in walking in majority of the cases.
