Twenty five years old male came with a request to remove hte external fixator and Kwires that had been used to treat open fracture tibia and heel flap avulsion injury.
His latest xray revealed following
External Fixator In Tibia With Kwires In Heel
The patient was told that tibial fracture has not yet united and he would require another surgery in form of internal fixation after removal of the fixator.
He was lost in the follow up.
