The picture is of 42 years old male who was operated for fracture ulna about 6 months prior to this photograph.At time of presentation his arm looked like this.
There is visible plate and screws and some granulation tissue is also seen. In proximal part the exposed bone is dead as visible as yellowish structure. The fracture line is also visible.
