Non healing ulcer can be due to multiple causes like vascular congestion, infection, diabetes.


The cause in present case was Tuberculosis.

Author Note

This is atypical presentation of tuberculosis. The ulcer margins are also debrided surgically, so the picture does not appear to be a classical presentation of ulcer.
