Great post ! Last couple of weeks back I had a severe back pain and it last for 4-5 days and I know it's due to the bad posture while sitting. I even didn't like to go for medicine and finally I go for hot and cold treatment. I stay in the bath tub for around 20 minutes with hot water. After doing that I got some relief from the pain. So, whatever pain it is, there are always natural means to relief it. We should not take medicine suddenly and taking too much of pain relief can leads to various side effects in future.
