Note: Previously it as mentioned that the xray belonged to adult [As per the attached info with the file, but as pointed out by a friend and colleague, a physeal line is visible in the xray making it unlikely to be an adult xray.

Fracture ClavicleMost patients who suffer a clavicle fracture after a fall directly onto the shoulder. The vast majority of fractures will result from a simple fall, a fall from a height, a fall during a sports activity, or a motor vehicle accident .

The incidence of clavicular fracture decreases from age 20 to 50 and then increases again above age 70. These values do not include children.
